I had a last-minute booking and the hotel staff upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite without any extra cost. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great, making it easy to get taxis or for Uber to locate me. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a nice modern decoration. Additionally, the hotel had hot water for showers 24/7 and the price was excellent compared to other hotels in the same price range that I had previously cancelled.
All was good.

Rooms were clean and very good and friendly staff
Overall didnt come across as value for money, as compared to other hotels I stayed in Jordan...... Albeit more expensive from a relative perspective

Very warm welcome on arrival.
Toilet in our first room didn't work. Toilet in second room only just worked (took a very long time to fill the cistern).

Perfect, favourable location close to a supermarket about 1 km. For shots visit Mist Restaurant And Pub, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Citadel Hill, National Art Gallery, Rainbow street, King Abdulla Mosque and Jett Bus Terminal, Airport, and the restaurant. We had a satisfactory breakfast with raw veggies and fresh omelets, for instance included.
The staff - some of them were poor.

crystal suites was beyond my expectations during my longer stay in amman. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. i will definitely book here again.
Lack of walkable areas near the hotel.

Best suited for overnight stay
No sound proofing as you can hear the cars from the main street. Also they have a water issue, but I was told that a major renovation is under execution.

the location is very convenient
the staff are not trained for the job. They promise things that they know they cannot fulfill !

The front desk person, Helmi Qandil, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included a variety of tasty options. The location of the hotel was convenient, just outside the busy center of the city.
Nothing, it is perfect.

It was clean beautiful modern and recently renewed. The location was easy to move from and in a clean quiet place of the city, the staff was very friendly and respectful. and it was a good value for money too.

I have stayed at the hotel before but it has deteriorated in the past 8 years. the staff try their best but the facilities are quite limited.

The value we got for our money was excellent. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The location was convenient, surrounded by other hotels. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially Shoukni & Ihssan, the chefs who were always ready to help. Also, a special mention to Helmi, Ammar, and Abu Hamza for their friendly and attentive service.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was a little bit away from locations of interest. Some of the facilities didn't work well.

The evening staff were friendly and did their best. the morning staff at the check out ruined the entire stay.
The morning person at the desk. Although the night staff told me that They can exchange currency so I can pay the taxi fare, I asked to exchange $100 in the morning at the check out. The very un-friendly person said he cannot. When He learned that I used 3 items from the fridge and I do not have Jordanian dinars to pay, he agreed to exchange $40. He wanted to give 25.5 J.D but asked if I have 1/2 J.D on me. I said I have 1/4 J.D only instead, but he refused and start searching for a change for one J.D while my taxi to the airport was waiting. The food I ordered at night was terrible. Worse chicken sandwitch I ever had. They chrged me $15. It did not worth $1.
